I had a great stay at this hotel in Sibiu. the location was fantastic, as it was very close to the big square and just 600 meters from the city centre. It made exploring the city super convenient. Secondly, the staff here were very friendly and accommodating. They spoke enough English to make communication easy, which was a relief as a tourist. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with basic amenities and even had air conditioning, which was a real bonus during my stay.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The room at Pensiunea Hermannstadt was clean and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed. Despite the small windows, the room was well-lit during the day. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially when they quickly addressed a problem with the room key. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was great, close to the city center and easy to find. The rooms were also quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. One thing we really enjoyed was the fact that the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had.
